ASA AERO EXHAUST NORTHWEST TOUR MERIDIAN SPEEDWAY RACE

June 27, 2008 Ellensburg, WA– In conjunction with the ASA Aero Exhaust Northwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment and Meridian Speedway it was announced that the two day July 4 & 5 events has been changed to a one day 150-lap event. This is to accommodate the travel needs of the ASANWT teams. The race will be on Saturday night July 5th.

With the price of fuel still rising Meridian Speedway is offering $150.00 tow money and the ASANWT is forgoing the $75.00 inspection fee to help defray the cost of traveling.

Both Meridian Speedway and ASANWT officials are appreciative of those teams making the trek to Meridian, Idaho this upcoming holiday weekend.

The July 4th local events at the speedway are still scheduled and many of us will be there to watch some great local racing and ‘4th of July’ festivities.
