I have Dolphin Emulator and having a few problems?
Heres the problem .....
As soon as i open Dolphin i get a error saying PANIC failed to load Plugin_VideoDX9.dll . (is this a issue)
Second issue is every time i configure something (like Controller settings) it gives me another PANIC window saying Failed to load DSP plugin and PANIC could'nt init the core, Check your configuration.

It runs well ... Very well i just cant get the multiplayer working with out it PANICING all the time ... as soon as i configure a setting it stuffs up and i have to re-install it again...
Answer:
Most likley your graphics card isnt up to par with the emulator. Your going to have to get a different one that is above Direct X level 9. Honestly don't bother with gamecube emulators on PCs, they are usually really slow.
